Terms and Conditions

1.1 This website ("the Website") is owned and operated by Review Rumble Ltd, a company validly incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI 2008725) ("Entrepreneur Awards", "we", "us").

1.2 By using the Website you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

1.3 You agree to use the Website and our products and services only for lawful purposes.

1.4 We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, the programme, or our services at any time.

2.1 Our products and services include: review of founder entries, winner packages (Digital, Signature and Headline), published winner features, digital certificates, and annual winner badge licences.

2.2 All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

2.3 All prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes or transaction fees that apply where you are.

2.4 We may cancel any order and refund the amount paid where something is unavailable or where a price has been displayed in error.

3.1 Entry is open to founders, co-founders and owner-operators of a legally operating business. You enter as an individual, and your entry is your own story.

3.2 One entry per founder per cycle. We may reject duplicate or near-duplicate submissions.

3.3 A non-refundable entry fee applies at submission. The fee covers review and administration. It does not purchase an award, and submitting an entry does not guarantee selection.

3.4 You are responsible for everything you submit. You warrant that your entry is your own work, that the facts, numbers and milestones in it are true, that the images you upload are yours to use, and that nothing in it breaches a confidentiality agreement or any third-party right.

3.5 We may ask for evidence supporting any claim in an entry. We may reject an entry, or withdraw an award already granted, where information is inaccurate, misleading, plagiarised or unverifiable, or where a winner's conduct brings the programme into disrepute. No refund is due in those circumstances.

3.6 Selection decisions are made at our discretion and are final. We do not publish scores, share reviewer identities, or provide individual feedback, and we do not enter into correspondence about why a decision was reached.

3.7 We may decline to make an award in any cycle or category where the standard of entries does not support a credible result.

4.1 Winner packages are priced as published at the time of purchase — currently Digital $245, Signature $495, Headline $895. Badge licences are $149 per year.

4.2 Payment is by credit or debit card via our payment processor, or by bank transfer where agreed in advance. Payment is due in full at purchase. We do not offer instalments or financing.

4.3 To place an order you must provide accurate and complete billing and contact information.

4.4 We may refuse any order or cancel any transaction at our discretion, refunding the amount paid.

5.1 Winner packages are optional. Your selection is confirmed before any package is offered, and declining a package does not take your award away.

5.2 Deliverables are digital unless we say otherwise. Typical turnaround is 5 business days from the later of (a) payment and (b) our receipt of everything we have asked you for. Where a package includes a physical item, we will confirm shipping and lead time at the point of purchase; we are not responsible for carrier delays, damage or loss in transit.

5.3 Where a deliverable needs something from you — approvals, a headshot, copy, a factual correction — the clock runs from when we receive it. We will make reasonable efforts to chase you for it.

5.4 We may substitute a deliverable of equivalent or greater value where a specified item becomes unavailable.

6.1 Winners may license the Entrepreneur Awards winner badge for $149 per year.

6.2 The licence is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to display the badge in connection with the specific award and year granted. We retain ownership of the badge and all associated marks.

6.3 You may use the badge on your personal website and social profiles, in your LinkedIn banner or featured section, in bio and speaker materials, in pitch and media kits, and in email signatures — provided the award name and year are legible and accurate.

6.4 You may not: alter the badge's proportions, colours or wording; imply an award, year or category you did not receive; imply a ranking, endorsement, certification or accreditation that was not granted; transfer the badge to another person or to a company you are not the awarded founder of; or imply an ongoing relationship with us beyond the award.

6.5 Because this is a personal award, the licence is personal to you. It does not transfer if you leave, sell or close the business.

6.6 The licence expires at the end of its annual term unless renewed. On expiry or termination you must stop using the badge in all live and controlled media within 30 days. Plain-text historical references — for example, "Winner, Entrepreneur Awards 2026" in a bio — remain permitted indefinitely.

6.7 We may audit use of the badge and may revoke a licence for breach of this section, for misrepresentation, or where continued display would mislead someone.

7.1 Where an entry fee applies, it is non-refundable once the entry has been submitted for review.

7.2 Winner packages and badge licences are refundable in full or in part only where we are unable to deliver what was purchased. Refunds are not available because a purchase was made in error, because circumstances changed, because a business closed or was sold, because the award did not produce a commercial result, or for any similar reason.

7.3 Good faith. We work on a good-faith basis. Where we have made reasonable efforts to progress a deliverable and you have not given us the sign-off, materials or responses we asked for within the agreed timeline, no refund will be issued and the deliverable is treated as complete.

7.4 Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer where you live. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies to a digital service and you ask us to start within it, you accept that your right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully performed.

8.1 By entering, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your name, likeness, biography, business name, logo and submitted materials for the purpose of reviewing your entry, and — if you are selected — announcing, publishing and promoting your award across our website, publications, social channels and partner media.

8.2 Editorial control of anything we publish rests with us. Winner features are written from what you supply. We will correct factual errors on request; we do not offer approval rights over tone, framing or structure.

8.3 We may keep published winner content, including archived years, online indefinitely. If we agree to remove something, removal from third-party caches, aggregators and search indexes is outside our control.

8.4 You may quote and share published content about your own award, with attribution and without changing its meaning.

8.5 If your entry names other people — co-founders, team members, clients — you confirm you have their permission to include the information you have provided about them.

9.1 All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, badges, images, page design and software — is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or display any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

9.3 Entrepreneur Awards name, logo and badges may not be used except under a licence granted under section 6 or with our prior written consent.

9.4 You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us the licence described in section 8 in respect of it.

10.1 The Website and our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our products and services will meet your requirements or expectations.

10.3 We make no promise about outcomes. An award, a published feature, a badge or any other deliverable is not a guarantee of revenue, clients, followers, ranking, search visibility, media coverage, speaking bookings, investment, visa or immigration outcomes, or any other result.

10.4 An award is a recognition granted by this programme. It is not a certification, accreditation, financial endorsement, or professional, legal, immigration or investment advice of any kind, and must not be presented as such.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of the Website or our products and services.

11.2 Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to it.

11.3 Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates and our officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors against any claim, damage, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your use of the Website or our products and services, from any inaccuracy in your entry, from any misuse of a badge, or from any breach of these terms by you.

12.2 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12.3 Any dispute arising from these terms, the Website, our products and services, or any transaction between us will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in the British Virgin Islands and conducted in English.

12.4 The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.5 Nothing in this section stops either party seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

13.1 Entries are personal, so they contain personal data. Entry data is shared internally and with reviewers for the purpose of assessing entries. We do not sell entrant data.

14.1 These terms, together with any written order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications and proposals.

14.2 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the rest will continue in force.

14.3 Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.

14.4 You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them without restriction, including as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

14.5 Entrepreneur Awards operates as part of a group of recognition programmes. Each is a separate award with its own criteria and review; an award from one does not imply an award from, or endorsement by, any other.

16.1 By using this Website, submitting an entry or purchasing anything from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

16.2 We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.

16.3 Your continued use of the Website, or purchase of our products and services, after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
